Laboratory Technician
A Laboratory Technician is needed for a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of medical devices in the Marlborough, MA area. This role involves validating equipment and systems by developing and executing protocols, writing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet project goals.

salary: $28.71 - 36.66 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Write and execute equipment validation protocols using defined templates.
- Summarize results and statistics in validation reports.
- Develop and communicate quality performance expectations and continuous improvement goals.
- Assist in designing, performing, and improving verification tests with developers and domain experts.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project management to deliver validated equipment and systems.
- Interact with cross-disciplinary project teams to meet project milestones and end goals.
- Potentially lead cross-functional teams to address validation issues for equipment and systems.
Education and Experience:
- AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline.
- 3 years of related experience.
