Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our client’s team near downtown Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
Accurately communicate with patients in both English and Spanish regarding medical inquiries and office policies.

Ensure smooth office functioning by managing administrative responsibilities in a timely and organized manner.

Requirements: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced medical office setting.

Must pass a background screening and drug screening for consideration.
