Job Description:
-Adobe Marketing platform engineer/administrator with experience in CI/CD pipelines(DevOps) and Adobe Marketing Cloud products(AEM, AEP, Marketo, Target)-The engineer is responsible for execution and support of the long-term technology roadmap, planning, architecture, implementation,
  • and day to day support of the Enterprise Digital Content Management product offering with special focus on the Adobe Cloud suite of products.
  • This offering includes, but not limited to, Web Content Management and Digital/Media Asset Management products and solutions.
  • The engineer will collaborate heavily with Enterprise functions such as, but not limited to, Architecture, Security, Governance, Privacy, Risk,
  • Availability , Scaling, Failover, Performance tuning and supporting service providers both internal and external.
The engineer will be expected
  • to perform hands on support work, in short, this is an engineering/administration role.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading the technical design, infrastructure configurations, and assisting with code reviews when needed for Adobe marketing cloud solutions• Configure, integrate, design and support heterogeneous distributed application environments in the Adobe cloud for applications within the company• Understanding of networking and web protocols (HTTP(S), SMTP, DNS, SSH), should be able to identify CPU, memory & I/O bottlenecks, solve read & write-heavy workloads• Experience working with programmatic systems automations frameworks (Ansible, Terraform)• Collaborating with business analysts, translate business desired outcomes into non-functional requirements and technical designs where needed• Working with the Adobe team and Development teams, provide guidance on implementing appropriate monitoring, alerting, and measurements to ensure the health of our environment and services• Collaborating with technology teams to support any integrations needed for effective automation realizing both increased productivity and quality• Determine feasibility and scalability of the Adobe cloud to solve business needs, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions• Partner with the business teams as they create templates, components, dialogs, workflows, models, services, and support optimization of dispatcher caching behavior as needed• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team on infrastructure/service configuration best practices and promote a solid architecture and craftsmanship• Support the integration of RESTful APIs and third-party systems as part of the overall architecture• Promote and codify platform/cloud architectural best practices• Model strong disciplinary skills through documenting solutions and techniques, ensuring information is available to the team through technical notes and internal knowledge base• Keen to get hands-on, actively helping teams solve the biggest problems• Works with scrum master and engineers to plan and execute sprints Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of Experience in full cycle adobe cloud platform infrastructure implementations
  • 2-5 years of experience in adobe cloud application implementation using version 6.4+ (AEM component development, Asset workflow development, Schedulers, Metadata & Tag Management plus integrating AEM with other applications)• 3+ years of Experience in AEM touch UI/modern components• Experience integrating Adobe cloud products with other enterprise solutions• 5+ years of software development experience using Java/JEE, Spring, TDD and related frameworks• 5+ years of front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS• Adobe Certified Master
  • Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect is a plus• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills• Excel at communicating (spoken, written, presentation) with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms• Ability to negotiate and navigate difficult or ambiguous situations, adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and technologies• Degree in a STEM or Business field or equivalent work experience• Takes ownership and accountability
