Job Title: Patient Navigator - Treatment Coordination
Duties:
- Assist patients with navigating treatment schedules and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
- Educate patients about healthcare services and provide emotional support during appointments.
- Use Epic to manage appointments, referrals, and medical records.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and appointment reminders.
- Interact face-to-face with patients to resolve any concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Experience in patient navigation or healthcare administration.
- Strong typing, communication, and organizational skills.
Education:
- Associate degree required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,250 - $1,500
