Account Administrator

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Account Administrator in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role is within the insurance industry and the successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including the management of client accounts and correspondence.
This position will be based onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process account terminations for both employees and clients.
- Handle invoices and payments related to client accounts, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns over telephone, mail, or email.
- Manage daily correspondence, including the processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of benefits, products, laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in in-house training sessions to continually improve knowledge and skills.
- Consistently maintain a detail oriented and helpful demeanor to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Strive for high levels of accuracy and timeliness, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
- Assess existing processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in administrative support.
- Manage the adjustment of accounts as needed, ensuring all data entries are accurate. • Proficiency in using Management Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Ability to handle detail-oriented Correspondence efficiently.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Proficiency in Data Entry tasks.
- Ability to Automate Processes for improved efficiency.
- Experience in performing Account Adjustments.
