Job Overview:

This position offers the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing: Greet prospective residents, maintain guest cards, conduct apartment showings, facilitate application processes, and ensure smooth resident move-ins.
• Administrative Tasks: Accept rental payments, maintain financial records using Yardi Voyager, assist in lease transactions, and prepare financial statements.
• Resident Retention: Address resident requests, manage maintenance service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Marketing: Participate in outreach marketing, monitor advertising effectiveness, and assist in community functions.

Job Requirements:

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
