Job Summary & Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Manager Credit & Collections and requires a highly skilled AR Collections Analyst that possesses strong business acumen. Time management and organizational skills are essential in managing and analyzing an assigned customer portfolio with the focus on determining the best approach to collecting maximum revenue and reducing the accounts receivable DSO.
- Candidate must be a team player with a high level of personal motivation, able to work independently, able to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet multiple competing deadlines
- Interface with the sales team and administrative staff in effort to mitigate and resolve all customer disputes, cash flow concerns or any collection issue, which delays timely payment
- Manage an assigned customer portfolio
- Reconcile accounts to maintain cleanliness, and ensure credits/cash are applied in a timely matter
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to determine if accounts should be placed on credit hold to reduce risk of bad debt
- Investigate and resolve short payments and disputed charges
- Other duties as assigned

Role Requirements:
- BS/BA required in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or relevant work experience
- 2 or more years of relevant commercial collections experience
- Hybrid role, requiring in office midweek
Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced Excel/reporting skills - vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups cross-functionally
- Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, with limited supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a demonstrated focus on process improvement
- Flexible time schedule as this function requires some evening quarter-end credit activities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with QAD and Salesforce.com a plus
- Experience in the Medical Device industry a plus
Target Pay Range:
30/hr to 45/hr. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
This role may have the potential to convert to Full-time.
