The Role
The HR Manager will play a vital role in developing a highly skilled workforce, nurturing a collaborative and innovative culture, and managing the entire employee lifecycle within a specialised, low-volume manufacturing environment. Furthermore, the HR Manager will serve as a key link to Ricardo’s UK corporate headquarters to ensure alignment with strategic HR initiatives and organisational values.This role reports into VP of Opeartions.

Partner with corporate HR Centres of Expertise—Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development—to leverage resources and align on company-wide HR initiatives.
Key Competencies and Experience- Proven ability to manage operational and facilities teams while fostering a high-performance culture in a growing organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Skilled in recruiting for highly specialised technical roles, utilising technical assessments and structured interview techniques.
- Proficient in integrating and optimising HRIS tools from affiliated businesses.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Experience in a multinational organisation and cross-functional collaboration across geographies is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the UK headquarters and undertake periodic domestic travel.
