We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Higher Education sector, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role will be fully on-site, where you will be the first point of contact for students, providing them with crucial information regarding their accounts and balances.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to students, addressing their queries about account balances and payment plans
- Conduct front-line window duties, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery

- Excellent skills in email correspondence with a focus on detail orientation and prompt responses
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in a customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
- Experience with order entry systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing the use of resources
- Familiarity with Workday for managing workflows and data

- Experience in phone coverage, ensuring all calls are answered promptly
