We are offering an opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the non-profit sector located in ANN ARBOR, Michigan. This role entails a variety of administrative and customer service duties to ensure efficient operations and a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

This role is fully onsite, long term and pay up to $23/hr. Only those who qualify will be considered.
Key Deliverables of this position:
- Welcome guests, tenants and staff to the building and ensure they get where they need to go, ensure compliance with current Health Department best practices.
- Cover front desk operations and assist tenants with questions.
- Maintain appearance, organization and cleanliness of the lower-level event space, reception and kitchen areas.
- Assist with monitoring supply levels, anticipating needs, weekly inventory prior to supply order.
- Assist with events including set-up, coverage at events and post-event tasks.
- Update guest welcome banner daily.
- Sort mail daily, notify recipients of packages.

Qualifications for the Front Desk Coordinator: Associate's degree or higher is highly preferred
Experience in a non-profit environment is highly preferredMust possess a strong desire to deliver high quality Customer Service in all you do.
