We are in the process of recruiting a Paralegal to join our well-regarded Personal Injury practice in Everett. The role involves handling cases from Pre-Litigation to settlement and is ideal for those with at least two years of experience in Personal Injury law.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a Pre-Litigation caseload in the Personal Injury law sector.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding case details.
- Manage treatment statuses and establish insurance coverage for clients.
- Review and analyze medical records meticulously in relation to cases.
- Handle final account balances and assist attorneys with the negotiation process.
- Write demand letters and handle Litigation work, as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure a smooth and efficient case management process.
