Remote Customer Service Representative
This fully remote position allows you to work from home while delivering top-notch customer service. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently are key.
Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone, providing information on our pet care products.Deliver clear, detailed answers to ensure customers are satisfied with K9 Advantix product knowledge and support.
Apply store policies and procedures to address customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Promote sales by suggesting products that best fit customer needs and preferences.
Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Assist in training new team members on remote customer service processes.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and perform basic data entry tasks.
Collaborate with the online team to ensure fast and effective handling of customer requests.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively while working remotely.
Experience with customer service software or online chat systems is a plus.
Basic computer skills for processing orders and addressing customer inquiries.
Prior experience in training or team leadership is beneficial but not essential.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality, even in a remote setting.
