Overview:
The Law Department is seeking a Litigation Attorney to represent the Trustees and Funds in litigation (primarily Federal) involving contributions, benefits, bankruptcy, withdrawal liability and other issues. This role also involves advising Fund personnel on administrative matters.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Handle bankruptcy proceedings and settlement negotiations.
- Provide legal opinions and research as needed.
- Supervise outside counsel and manage post-judgment collections.
Qualifications:
- Zero to five years’ litigation experience is preferred.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Illinois.
- Experience in Titles I and IV of ERISA is a plus.
- Strong research and writing skills.
