Jr. Executive Assistant

A nonprofit is looking for an Executive Assistant to start on Friday, 10/11. You will be responsible for supporting the CEO of the iconic center. Your main job duties will include calendar management using Outlook, heavy follow up, putting together emails for board members, assembling board packets, and handling special administrative projects.
Robert Half is looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is extremely organized. Strong follow up skills and strong writing skills are required for this role. This is an ongoing contract role with the chance to go permanent for the right person!

Pay range is $25-$30/hr. You will work onsite in Beverly Hills and hours are 10am-6pm with a 30 minute lunch.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines.
  • Experience in managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Must have a positive and professional demeanor.
