Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and professional individual to provide on-site support for our growing operations division in Chowchilla. This role will serve as the point of contact between our Chowchilla site and our head office, while managing critical administrative and logistical tasks.

The position offers significant room for growth and can be tailored to fit the right candidate’s qualifications.

salary: $18 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate freight logistics, including scheduling inbound and outbound shipments through trucking brokers.
  • Enter orders and prepare bills of lading.
  • Liaise with the corporate office for time sheet submittal and other administrative tasks.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Inventory management
  • Human resources duties
