Traffic Planner/Engineer
Overview:
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Traffic Design Engineer for its growing Traffic Planning team in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:
Typical projects include the following elements:
- Traffic Impact Studies.
- DOT Access Permitting.
- Parking Studies.
- Traffic Calming Design.
- Conceptual Roadway Design.
- Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-6 years experience.
- Engineer in Training Certificate required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Be able to work on multiple tasks at once.
- Must thrive in a team setting and have a great attitude.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
