Role Overview:As an Account Executive (AE), you will drive company growth by converting qualified opportunities into long-term customers. Working closely with construction industry stakeholders, you’ll leverage our client’s AI-driven platform to support their growth initiatives through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification & Conversion: Use prospecting skills and industry relationships to uncover and convert new business through calls, emails, and demos.
- Pipeline & Territory Management: Own your territory and sales cycle, using HubSpot to track activities and forecast pipelines.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored software solutions.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work with SDRs, Marketing, and other teams to refine campaigns and meet sales goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends and adapt your sales strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. 1+ year of full-cycle SaaS sales preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling and ability to deliver compelling product demos that align with client goals.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
- Tools & Technology: Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRMs (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.), and comfortable with new technologies.
- Mindset & Adaptability: Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment. Willing to travel as needed (Canada, Texas).

The base salary for this role is between $60K and $70K, with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $120K to $140K, depending on performance.
