Our client is a general contractor with an established reputation in the Georgia construction market for the past 30+ years. They focus on a variety of commercial construction projects including higher education, healthcare, commercial, multifamily and more.A large pipeline of diverse projects is secured for the next several months with plans for more soon.
Job Description- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Manage Nashville Construction team
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

The Successful Applicant- Must have experience leading a team on multiple projects at a time
- Atleast 7 years as a Project Manager for a commercial construction firm
- Experience with GSFIC preferred
- Experience in correctional/detention market preferred
