Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to develop and sustain streamlined, effective manufacturing processes.
Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure optimal machining performance.
Identify and resolve issues, while continuously refining existing processes and equipment for greater efficiency.
Oversee the insourcing of new parts and the selection/qualification of equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Enhance product line layout, workflow, and quality to drive overall operational efficiency.
Spearhead cost-reduction efforts and lead the creation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline.
Experience: Strong background in CNC machining process development, automation, and programming.
Skills: Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, tooling and fixture design, SolidWorks, SPC, GD&T, and process yield improvement analytics.
Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel.
Familiarity with cobot integration, machine monitoring, and learning systems.
Knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and HMI/SCADA.
Background in Quality Control and inspection processes.
