Metal Carpenters / Panel Installers, Entry Level & Experienced - Wilmington, DE

Temporary Contract - About 4 weeks with potential for more work in the future

***exterior metal panel, ACM, insulated metal panel, phenolic panel experience, preferred***

• metals, and ornamental metals for both industrial and commercial projects including but not limited to ornamental and miscellaneous metals, sheet metal and machine shop services
• Read and interpret blueprints, layout and install panels to completion
• Performing quality checks on completed products
• Conforming with state and company safety regulations
• Completing job reports
• Work in both shop and field environments
• Overtime as needed

• We are also open to training Apprentices with carpentry, construction, or other related field experience
• Apprentices: Carpentry and construction experience is a huge plus!
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read a tape measure, use a drill & chop saw
• Apprentices and Experienced: Willing to work at the shop and in the field
• Comfortable lifting (up to 75lbs), stooping, bending, reaching, material handling, ladder climbing, etc
• Previous experience and comfortability with operating Aerial lifts and other equipment
• Honest with a good work ethic and dependable - On time for work each day!
• Emphasis on quality and attention to detail
• Demonstrate commitment to safety
• Analytical Skills - the ability to use logic and reasoning to solve a problem
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid Driver's license, required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
