Job Overview:

• We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week contract in Rochester, NY. This is a night shift position, offering flexible scheduling across various units. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit, assisting with tasks like administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Work closely with registered nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care and support.
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and observations in the Epic electronic health record system.
• Be prepared to rotate between different units and shifts as needed by the hospital, with the possibility of working both day and night shifts.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 1 year of LPN experience in a medical-surgical setting is required.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Travel pairs must be flexible to work across multiple units and shifts.

Licensure:

• Active New York State LPN License is required.
• No locals (must live more than 50 miles from the facility).
