Outside Sales Representative - Robert Half

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement effective and innovative outside sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives and targets.
- Engage with potential customers through cold-calling, identifying new market opportunities to expand our clientele base.
- Travel 3-4 days a week to potential or existing clients in Manhattan, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
- Develop tender, bids, proposals, and presentations to attract new clients.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers while identifying their requirements and challenges to optimize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep an accurate record of sales, leads, and customers in the company's CRM.
- Provide regular reports and updates of sales progress to the management.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in outside sales or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
