Position: Lead CNC Machinist Location: Westbury, NY ⏰ Schedule: 2n Shift | Monday–Friday (Overtime Available) Pay Range: $25–$40/hour (DOE) Ideal Candidate:
- Hands-on experience with Swiss Star lathe and mill machines.
- Programming and setup skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide a team.
- Eager to work overtime when needed and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities- Operate and program Swiss Star machines (SV38, SR38, SR20R4, SR20).
- Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments to ensure machine accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Mentor and assist junior machinists, fostering a culture of teamwork.
