Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry.
• Support month-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Help monitor general ledger activities to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements and assist with variance analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and other accounting projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and streamline accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing degree with relevant experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
