Merchandising Reset Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Reset Supervisor supports the Sales team in retail accounts through the creation and implementation of schematics and serves as the point of contact for all reset activities
  • The Reset Supervisor executes store resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, coordinating with team members
  • As a Rest Supervisor you will lead and supervise team members during reset activities to ensure effective implementation
  • You will communicate store changes resulting from resets to customers, emphasizing merchandising improvements
  • You will resolve issues and provide solutions during reset activities, while supporting the sales team with space allocation and standards implementation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
