Senior Controller

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Controller in Santa Ana, California. This role is within the finance industry and will be situated in the office. The Senior Controller will be in charge of overseeing our financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the integrity of our accounting operations.

• Oversee and manage all financial operations within our organization, including the processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure all accounting functions are performed efficiently.
• Utilize expertise in financial analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and ERP systems to monitor and analyze financial data.
• Take charge of auditing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance the integrity of our financial records.
• Work closely with the team to establish and manage budget processes, contributing to the organization's capital management initiatives.
• Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and any other financial discrepancies that may arise.
• Ensure adherence to DOD contracting regulations, FAR, and compliance standards, leveraging a deep understanding of these aspects.
• Maintain and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Utilize knowledge of accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, and Deltek Vision to optimize financial operations.
• Apply proficiency in ERP solutions, accounting functions, accounts payable (AP), and other relevant skills in performing daily tasks. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Auditing
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Experience in Capital Management
