Financial Analyst

Job Description: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP& A Analyst to join our accounting/finance team. As an FP& A Analyst, you will work closely with the firm's Controller and department managers in supporting the firm's various businesses. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in an FP& A role, preferably in parking operations or property management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to complex formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, basic financial modeling, and a basic understanding of Macros.
• At least beginner-level experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
• Extensive experience with financial reporting software such as Management Reporter.
