Required Skills::

Candidates MUST have a technical project management background, managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment (for example: patient care/case management, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements, and experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing.

Job Description ( Daily Duties / Responsibilities)::

Managing application and data migration projects, specifically with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expert interaction, management, running meetings, testing and test preparation.
