Account Manager

Our client is on the search for a part-time Account Manager to join their small but vibrant team. They have built success on great customer relationships and are in hypergrowth mode, so now seeking a part-time team member to help manage and nurture these important connections.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong relationships with clients
- Delivering presentations and arranging meetings with clients
- Balancing the unique needs of each client, and delivering on those expectations
- Managing customer issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
- Identifying clients' needs and proposing solutions that suit them
- Working closely with sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective client strategies
- Managing and tracking client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule
Key Qualifications:
- Proven account management or other relevant experience (2-5+ years)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Please note that this is a part-time role and will not exceed 20 hours per week. However, hours must be worked during normal business hours (9a-5p CST)
