Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role is central to our operations within the education sector, providing vital HR support. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Assisting with the daily operations of the HR department
• Providing comprehensive support for HR-related issues
• Conducting background checks as part of the hiring process
• Educating new hires on various aspects, such as life insurance
• Managing and executing benefit functions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Handling unemployment management tasks
• Assisting individuals with a history of incarceration in their transition to detail-oriented employment. • Applicant must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Experience in the Education industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and experience in conducting Background Checks is required.
• Prior experience in managing Benefit Functions is essential.
• Demonstrated ability in ensuring Compliance in all HR practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using HR software and computer systems is necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
