Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, inspire others using positive motivational techniques, provide support and guidance
- Apply critical thinking skills to analyze and determine the root cause of issues; and assist in implementation of appropriate solutions

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- US Citizenship with no dual citizenship required
- Ability to pass background, drug screen, and credit check with no active collections required
- Industrial or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Mechanical education or certification strongly preferred
- Prior machine operator experiance
