Customer Service Representative

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Your daily tasks will revolve around handling customer inquiries about products and services, problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and driving additional sales by upselling and promoting additional products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Address customers' queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems pertaining to products or services.
- Upsell additional products and services by providing information about product features and benefits.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer databases with information regarding interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments for best solutions if needed.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales principles.
- Ability to upsell products and services successfully.
- Familiarity with various channels of communication like phone, email, and chat.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
