G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Marketing Client Relations Coordinator to join its team in Houston, Texas.

Summary

We are seeking a candidate with a positive outlook, a knack for aesthetics, and a solid grasp of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and advertising. The ideal candidate will craft compelling written and visual content for distribution across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Additionally, this role involves nurturing and cultivating relationships with both existing and potential clients through personalized correspondence via email, SMS, and our CRM software. Reporting directly to the Firm's CEO and Director of Operations, this position blends administrative responsibilities with a marketing focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Firm's Intake Team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for numerous marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the Firm's CRM System to streamline client interactions and communications.
  • Liaise with the CEO and external marketing vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns and client relations strategies.
  • Work alongside the CEO, internal marketing team, and external vendors to formulate marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development, design, and maintenance of the Firm's website and digital publications.
  • Organize and oversee events such as press conferences, networking events, and firm-sponsored functions.
  • Coordinate with branding vendors to create and distribute Firm merchandise featuring logos and branding elements.
  • Draft press releases and announcements regarding significant cases or Firm developments.
  • Manage the Firm's presence on various social media platforms in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage with our audience effectively.
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in web writing and social media management.
  • Stay informed about relevant news and events that could impact the Firm or its clients.
  • Work with the CEO to analyze website analytics data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Undertake basic to intermediate photography and videography projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of photography and videography concepts is a plus.
