Job Description- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.

The Successful Applicant- 7+ years of superintendent experience
- Ground up projects valued at $15m+
- Strong technology skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to interface with clients
- Experience in the trades
