Account Executive

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Account Executive in the industry located in West Warwick, Rhode Island. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, where you'll be primarily responsible for managing client relationships, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate data records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in prepping samples and presentation books for meetings
• Respond promptly and accurately to all store-customer requests and inquiries
• Complete new vendor set-up forms on behalf of the client and ensure all required information is accurately filled out on client order forms
• Track pre-production samples as required by clients and communicate approvals, rejects, and changes to product, by client, to the internal team
• Send and track production samples as required by clients
• Use the client’s website to set-up items if required and ensure the accuracy of all data communicated to customers by website or spreadsheet
• Ensure all information is provided to the client to process EDI orders and verify the accuracy of orders sent from clients
• Regularly review order status with appropriate expeditor and advise sales team of any changes or issues
• Utilize strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook to perform tasks efficiently
• Maintain excellent follow-through skills, strong attention to detail, and interact with other departments to obtain information regarding status on orders, customer samples, etc. • Proficiency in using Banner Ads, Concur, CRM, About Time, and Calendar Management software.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with C-Suite level interactions and ability to communicate professionally at this level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing digital images.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks and manage purchase orders efficiently.
• Experience in sales support and ability to create engaging presentations.
• Ability to prepare presentations using various software including PDF.
• Strong organizational skills for effective time management and task prioritization.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
