The Opportunity ...:
You will support JBT's Prime Equipment product line and is located in Columbus, OH.
As a Project Manager, you will report to the Manager of Project Management at JBT Corporation.
On a given day, you may:
- You will be the liaison between the customer and JBT to support engineering and installation activity.
- Provide subject matter expertise on equipment utility requirements, configurations, performance, and installation.
- Set priority for equipment quality control
- Manage the customer experience by and providing updates on progress and timing for upcoming shipment and customer install,
- Single contact for JBT's customer.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related course study
- PMP certification is a plus
- 5 years experience managing engineering or customer focused build projects from start to finish
- Customer-facing experience
- Ability to use systems to create reports, timelines, complete analysis, and track revenue
- Ability to set expectations with customers and deliver critical updates
- This position is onsite in the Columbus OH office
- Must live or be willing to relocate to Columbus
- Travel up to 30%
