Program Manager

Overview:

Bowhead seek a Program Manager to provide Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support (MFIPS) at APG, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all perform appropriately
• Reviews program CDRL documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements
• Coordinates with affected subordinate PMs on contractor personnel
• Participates in IPT's on behalf of contractor
• Evaluates, and balances anticipated budget expectations
• Works closely with COR on program issues
• Provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high-level leadership as required
• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
• Manage performance, cost, and schedule of all Integrated Product Support deliverables to include PPL, EDFP, IETM, TSP, IMI, IK TB, and MAC

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline
• PMP certification or DAWIA III Certification in Program Management
• Eight plus (8+) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive US Army Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support
• Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
