Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Security Engineer to support and enhance various enterprise-wide security platforms, systems, and applications. This role involves customization, validation, and administration of security systems based on management requirements.
The engineer will also create implementation plans, assessments, diagrams, and standard operating procedures while ensuring the validation of vulnerabilities and reviewing for false positives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize, validate, administer, and support enterprise-wide information security platforms and systems.
- Produce implementation plans, assessments, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Validate vulnerabilities and ensure accuracy by reviewing for false positives.
- Work within large-scale Enterprise Architecture systems across multiple governmental agencies.
- Collaborate on integrating various components of the Enterprise Architecture environment.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience with large-scale state Enterprise Architecture systems for governmental agencies.
- Strong understanding of how components of an Enterprise Architecture environment integrate.
- Experience with the following EA components or similar technologies:
- Identity Manager for Consumers and Business Users, Identity Suite, Single Sign On (Broadcom): Security integration product, access management, directory services integration, and identity management (IAM/SSO).
Desirable Experience:
- At least six (6) years of experience in large-scale Enterprise Architecture environments.
- Experience with the following technologies is beneficial:
- Nutanix/Dell: Hyper-converged computing with compute, storage, and virtualization in a single appliance.
- VxRail/Dell: Hyper-converged computing with compute, storage, and virtualization in a single appliance.
- VMware products: ESXi, vCenter, NSX, SRM.
- Microsoft products: Windows Server, MS SQL Server 2014.
- RedHat Enterprise Linux: Standard OS for Linux.
- Monitoring and Automation Tools: Nagios, NewRelic APM/Infrastructure/Browser, Splunk, Veracode, Octopus Deploy, Puppet Enterprise.

Additional Qualifications:
