A prestigious national litigation firm is seeking a legal assistant with 2+ years of litigation experience. This legal assistant must be bilingual in Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing. This firm has a collaborative team culture and invests heavily in training and mentorship.

This firm will train this legal assistant to also handle paralegal work. This legal assistant will be responsible for:
State, federal, and appellate court filings (the firm will train if a legal assistant has only filed in state or federal court)
Calendaring
Formatting documents - TOA/TOC, motions, pleadings, etc.
Subpoenas
Assisting with discovery
Trial prep - preparing binders, lists of witnesses and exhibits, etc.
Research
Communicating with clients
The firm is offering this legal assistant the permanent flexibility to work remotely on Monday and Friday after the initial training period. They are offering a generous compensation package that includes OT potential, firm-paid healthcare, 401K with matching contribution, 15 days of PTO, and more!
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of California civil litigation experience
Bilingual in Spanish
