Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation, business litigation, or real estate litigation cases from start to finish, working on 5 or 6 significant cases simultaneously
• Conduct and manage discovery, case analyses, and motion practice
• Perform extensive legal research tasks and draft legal documents
• Handle depositions, demonstrating strong deposition experience
• Maintain regular contact with high-end clients, including Fortune 500 companies, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed professionally
• Uphold the firm's commitment to quality by producing top-notch work
• Utilize your skills in Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling, and Employment Law
• Stay up-to-date with developments in Employment Law and adjust strategies accordingly
• Leverage your Licensed Attorney status to provide expert legal advice
• Prepare and manage all legal documents related to client cases.

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in practicing law.
• Demonstrable experience in Civil Litigation and Employment Law.
