About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters. They lead several market leading brands on a global scale in air, gas, liquid filtration and are looking for someone to grow their aftermarket / replacement filter sector in the US market.

This is a remote work from home position with travel. They are very established in Europe and looking to achieve the same market dominance in the US

Job Description
  • Responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy within NA
  • Implement strategies for business development
  • Break into and build relationships with huge potential accounts
  • Deliver incremental Aftermarket sales growth in line with company 5 year strategy.
  • Increase install base retention rates with longer term plans.
  • Identify key accounts to target and hunt
  • Be a part of a team who will lay the foundation for all future US success
  • Close full sales cycles in a place where success is rewarded
  • You need to be a hunter who is used to long sales cycles
  • Be able to handle rejection

The Successful Applicant

Experience Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Engineering Preferred)
  • Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications.
  • Aftermarket experience is a MUST
  • Filtration experience is needed.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development ideally within industrial air filtration.
  • Ability to independently manage sales and channel growth in NA.
  • Must be entrepreneurial and able to succeed in a smaller company environment.

  • Need to have experience breaking into new target accounts

Competitive base salary $140-160k base + 30% bonus,
