Program Manager IV

The role involves overseeing a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

• Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Monitor customer accounts closely and take necessary action when required.
• Employ basic office skills to perform daily tasks and operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders as necessary, particularly if located nearby.
• Adapt to a remote working environment if not located near stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate various programs within the organization.

• Possess strong Basic Office Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated experience in program management or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
