Responsibilities

As part of our highly specialized Customer Service Team, you will be the single point of contact for our members and providers. The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to both members and providers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Assist providers by resolving coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity (including enrollment, third party liability, and claims attachments)
  • Provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
  • Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions
  • Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma
  • MUST HAVE - 2+ yrs of CSR experience in high call volume environment
  • MUST HAVE - 1+ medical and/or health Insurance experience
  • MUST BE bilingual in English and Spanish
  • MUST HAVE - Internet Speed of 50 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload
  • MUST HAVE - PRIVATE Work from Home work space (cannot work from common area)
  • No time off for first 2 weeks (training)
Training: Mon-Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm EST - 2 weeks of training

Post Training: Mon-Fri, flexible schedule between the hours of 7am to 8pm EST - work schedules are assigned after training based on business need
