Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive our growth in the electronic components sector. This role is on-site at our headquarters in Tamarac, FL . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field sales experience with a proven track record in selling electronic components and related products.This position requires a deep understanding of electronic components, strong customer relationships, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Sell, buy, and develop electronic components and related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans aligned with ASC Global’s goals.
- Drive growth by developing and executing account strategies.
- Work closely with Sales, other internal teams to ensure effective customer-focused strategies and solutions.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to gather market insights, track competitive activities, and build new contacts.
- Develop and manage long-term agreements and pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to promote ASC Global’s products and services.
- Act as a resource for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience with a focus on electronic components or similar products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience in electronic components, including semiconductors is essential.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
