About Us: Ryder works with a leading provider of delicious donuts and baked goods. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an delivery and merchandising route driver.
Job Description: As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivery and merchandising to ensuring our products are well-presented and available to customers. You will work closely with store managers and other team members to deliver products, maintain displays, stock inventory, and support promotional activities.

- 7 day a week Operation.
- 8 pm OR 3 am Start Times

Key Responsibilities:
- Route Delivery of products
- Stock and organize product displays to ensure they are visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
- Collaborate with store managers and other team members to achieve sales goals.
- Drive Company owed Box Trucks to each Location.
- Product Placement Specialist.
Qualifications:
- No Experience Required
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move products as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 9 months of verifiable driving experience
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment:
- 9 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
- Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
Responsibilities:
- This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
- Maintaining accurate records Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
- Other tasks as assigned
