Technical IT Project Manager (755062)

Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage high-complexity IT projects within the health department.*Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.*Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers.*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.*Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.*Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.*Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth project implementation and support.*Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects.*Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance.*Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards.*Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.*Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals.*Manage large budget-related projects.*Work with internal and external partners and internal teams.*Work very closely with the PMO office to ensure compliance with PMO guidelines.*Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff, providing regular status reports to all audiences.
