Project Description:
This role requires significant travel to various campus recruitment events and participation in the planning and execution of college/university recruitment initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on early career recruitment, coordinating field support for college events, diversity recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and employee referral programs.

The role involves proactive sourcing, relationship building, and developing talent pipelines for student programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend on-campus recruitment efforts within a designated territory, fostering relationships with students and promoting student and development programs.
  • Act as a "Brand Ambassador" at external and internal events across the U.S., including career fairs, info sessions, and sponsored events, providing students with information about the organization and career opportunities.
  • Innovatively source and identify candidates to build sustainable talent pipelines for relevant functional areas.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for student programs, including posting jobs via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring requirements align with approved job descriptions, and activating job postings.
  • Attract and engage top talent by sharing information about compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment performance goals, including time-to-fill, time-to-offer, requisition aging, and interview-to-hire ratios.
  • Travel up to 50% on average, depending on the academic calendar year.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience are acceptable.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or college/university relations is a plus.
