Quality Assurance Manager

Overview:
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM). The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality activities for DecisionPoint and developing, implementing, and maintaining all quality systems. A focus on continuous improvement is essential to ensure all policies and procedures are being updated for efficiency.
This position is onsite in Reston, VA with approved remote work up to 2 days per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance for all Quality certifications
- Schedule, coordinate, and lead all internal and external audits
- Work with all departments to document and maintain all policies, procedures, forms, and work instructions
- Maintain the Process Asset Library (PAL) that contains all policies and procedures for all quality systems
- Identifying and remediating any gaps in the Quality systems, policies, procedures, SOPs and work instructions
- Conduct Management Reviews
- Conduct Quality Meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
- Maintain Quality calendars and roadmaps
- Identifies deficiencies or gaps
- Optimize processes to comply with existing and new regulatory requirements
- Ensures project/department milestones/goals are met
- Review current standards and policies
Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO 9000:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, CMMI SVC, and CMMI DEV
- Lead internal and external audits
- Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
