Job Description
  • Oversee all aspects of high-rise apartment construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to resolve challenges and optimize designs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and local regulations.
  • Monitor project performance, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, specifically high-rise apartments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of a construction project from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of effectively leading diverse teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with construction software like Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
