Responsibilities- Process weekly payroll. Handle payroll adjustments and employee updates.
- Refer employee relations issues to HR leadership and assist with communication and follow-up.
- Provide HR support for employees, including recruitment, new hire orientation, and onboarding.
- Organize Employee Recognition Programs and events for multiple locations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments.
- Maintain division policies, employee handbook, personnel files, and process unemployment claims.
- Attend safety meetings and complete HR-related tasks and reporting.
